Frequently Asked Questions:
- Will there be childcare? Childcare will be available for ages 0-5 and check in will begin 1 hour prior to listed start times. If your children are attending the production with you, please try your best to sit on the outside of the rows.
- Where do we park? Parking is available on site and shuttles will be operating for all shows.
- Do I need a ticket? No tickets are required. Seating is first come first served and fills up quickly!
- How early should I arrive? We recommend arriving AT LEAST 1 hour prior to the listed start times. Please plan to be in your seat no less than 20 minutes prior to the listed start time.
- Can we save/reserve seats? Yes, you can save seats. However, saved/reserved seats will be released 15 minutes prior to the listed start time.
- What happens if there are no more seats available? Overflow seating will be available once the auditorium has reached capacity.
- How long is the show? The Christmas Spectacular runs about 70 minutes long.
- What is your re-entry policy? Due to the nature of the show and for the safety of all of our attendees, we are unable to allow re-entry into the auditorium once the show has begun. We ask that you please remain in your seat for the duration of the show and plan to utilize restrooms or other amenities before or after the show.
- Are food and drink allowed in the auditorium? Food and drink are not allowed inside the auditorium but can be enjoyed in the overflow areas.
- Will the bookstore be open? Yes! The Free Chapel bookstore will be open before and after the show.
