Serves as the Campus and Events Coordinator for Free Chapel. The Campus and Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the vision and brand remain consistent at all Free Chapel Campuses and events. Oversees that each event, series and holiday is executed at each campus. Coordinates the ongoing events at Free Chapel and responsible for facilitating new events.

 

 

Overall Responsibilities

  • Oversees lobby experience and continuity for each event/series at all 7 east coast campuses
  • Partners with Marketing Director to empower and train individual Free Chapel Campuses on how they can grow by being involved in community events and taking advantage of PR opportunities
  • Assists with the execution of annual community events, series, holidays and campus events
  • Direct outbound communication for roles and responsibilities to execute campus church-wide events
  • Ensure all tasks are documented on the matrix and assigned with appropriate due dates
  • Coordinate meetings with necessary team members to ensure communication and execution of all elements for campus events will be done
  • Order and distribute all approved supplies and materials for campus-wide series, holidays and events
  • Handle all booking and serve as the point of contact for outside vendors (food trucks, rides, inflatables) for the large campus-wide events
  • Connect with first impression leaders and service producers to ensure that each volunteer knows what is being distributed or marketing at each campus
  • Help make normal campus events even more special
  • Attend Next Steps to connect, recruit and build events teams
  • Attend weekly campus follow up meetings
  • Additional events include: Easter and Festivals, Forward Day, At The Movies, Youth Pastor Event, Christmas events, Campus Anniversaries, Campus Openings, Each series and The Annual Fast
